Northern Trust Corporation (Nasdaq:NTRS) announced it has created two dedicated sales positions for Transition Management Services, which works with institutional investors globally to manage costs and risks to gain timely exposure to target portfolios while changing investment managers or asset allocation policies. Bill Kincaid has joined Northern Trust to lead Transition Management sales, distribution, and relationship management in North America, reporting to Grant Johnsey, Head of Transition Management North America. Kate Lander, CFA has taken a similar role for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions, reporting to Simon Hutchinson, Head of Transition Management for those regions.
